Ingredients:


4 5” Garlic Naan Breads

8 Pepperettes, thinly sliced at an angle

1 cup shredded cheese. Any combination of Mozzarella, Asiago and Parmesan.

4 tbps Saucy Dotty’s “Sweet Heat” Gourmet Sauce

½ tsp chopped basil or oregano


Directions:


1. Place Naan Breads on a pan lined with parchment paper-lined 10”x14” baking pan

2. Brush 1 tbsp. Saucy Dotty’s “Sweet Heat” Gourmet Sauce on each Naan

3. Arrange ¼ of the pepperettes on each Naan

4. Evenly sprinkle ¼ grated cheese on each

5. Bake in an oven preheated to 425F, on the middle rack, for 12-15 minutes, until cheese browns.

Note: You can substitute any flavour of Saucy Dotty’s Gourmet Sauce. “Original”, “Sweet”, “Sweet Heat”, “Saucy Heat”, or for true lovers of heat, “Extreme Heat”.
